By using Boostly, you automatically agree to these Terms, so you should first read them carefully.

1. Boostly is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to.

3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your Instagram account is blocked or banned for any reason.

4. We require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Instagram API. We don’t store, give away, or otherwise distribute your password to any third parties.

5. The ranges of followers outlined for each plan are simply estimates based on historical data. Given that results may vary from one account to another, we cannot guarantee that any one account will gain a specific number of followers.

6. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services.

7. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.

8. Before you make a purchase decision you are advised to try Boostly for a trial.

9. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute.

10. Subscriptions are, by definition, monthly recurring plans with monthly recurring payments.

11. You can unsubscribe anytime you want from Boostly.

12. Should you unsubscribe from a Boostly subscription, you wouldn’t be eligible for a refund but will be able to keep using Boostly for the remainder of your subscription period.

13. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of January 26, 2018.

Boostly, in its sole discretion, may modify or review these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All recent modifications or revisions done by Boostly replaces all former agreements and takes effect upon date of posting.

Continued use of the service following recent amendments signifies your assent to the revised Terms of Service. You further agree to apprise yourself of recent changes on the Terms of Service through periodic reviews of the Boostly website.

Boostly sole purpose is for social media promotion.

Boostly is brought to you to make your life easier by having a dedicated team that engaged with your audience on social media platforms. All of our packages and add-on services limit the risk of getting your account suspended by reducing the amount of tasks we do in a particular day to human like behavior.

It is your sole responsibility to comply with any social network you use and any legislation that you are subject to.

You agree that upon purchasing you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute.

By registering you affirm that you are 13 years of age or an emancipated minor and are completely able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and comply and abide by them.

Since Boostly offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, you agree that after the purchase is made you cannot cancel/stop or remove any actions that this initiated. You understand that by purchasing any goods through Boostly and Boostly.io that this decision is final and you wont be able to reserve it.

You agree that your use of Boostly is at your own risk. Boostly may not be held liable or accountable for any or whatever damages you or your business may incur.

Boostly does not guarantee website up-time or availability as it uses the internet to deliver its services.

This Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Boostly is required upon your continued use of our website.
